This session brings together both governmental end-users and industry, to discuss how the EU Space Programme data and services, provided by Galileo, EGNOS, Copernicus, and IRIS2, can evolve to better address the challenges in the field.
The focus of the session is the ever-changing needs vis-à-vis the monitoring and response during the most frequent disasters in Europe: floods and wildfires. In the humanitarian aid domain, participants will explore ways to improve the use and uptake of EU Space data for supporting the monitoring and documentation of human rights violations.
This session is divided into a morning and afternoon session.
