Dr. Torsten Bondo is a business development manager at DHI. He holds a PhD in space research from Danish Technical University and has over 25 years' work experience with both NGOs, the private sector and international organizations and a large international network. In 2014-16 he co-founded a start-up on the use of remote sensing for the private agricultural sector (Sensonomic). In the period from 2012- 2014 he was employed as technical officer at European Space Agency in ESRIN and working on several projects mainly related to the use of remote sensing for the mapping of environmental ecosystem services. Dr Bondo has extensive international project management experience, user understanding and a deep knowledge of the EO service industry.
