Sorin Constantin has over 16 years of experience in Earth Observation, working on both research projects and the development of commercial EO-based services. He currently works at Terrasigna. He holds a PhD focused on turbidity in Black Sea coastal waters, and has conducted postdoctoral research at the Laboratoire d’Océanographie de Villefranche and a Fulbright fellowship at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. His work combines expertise in marine optical properties with experience in designing and implementing operational EO services, including hands-on work with marine habitat models.
