Dr. Sean Salazar is a researcher and engineer at the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute. He specialises in Earth observation and remote sensing for geohazards and mining industry applications. Sean has participated in several European and national R&D projects and currently coordinates two Horizon Europe Innovation Actions, namely the DINAMINE (2023-2026) and MINEYE (2024-2028) projects.
