Bio: Quentin d'Huart
Having trained in environmental sciences in the UK and business management in Belgium, he began his career in the carbon credit sector. He then took charge of production management at an agri-food start-up in Zambia, while also working in agroforestry to support the local community. After returning to Europe in autumn, he founded Timbtrack with the aim of providing technological assistance to the forestry sector in a world where environmental issues are becoming increasingly important. To better interact with these two different yet necessary worlds of finance and the environment, he recently completed a course in Impact Investment at the CSP in Zurich. Today, Timbtrack offers solutions for the forestry sector and the primary processing industry.
