With more than 10+ years of research experience in EO and ML, I currently oversee ethical deployments of AI innovations within the banking sector. I specialise in climate/nature/transition FinTech and data ethics for sustainable generative AI. Outside my main role of GenAI assurance lead I also contribute to AI-focused research programmes in several Centres of Excellence in the City, looking into how technological and regulatory instruments can help to reduce algorithmic and data-driven ‘greenwashing’, ‘fairwashing’ and other types of sustainability-linked fraud in finance.
