Received his MSc in Telecommunications Engineering in 2003 from Politecnico di Milano, with a thesis prepared at the Delft University of Technology (NL).
In 2003, he joined TRE ALTAMIRA (CLS Group) as a SAR specialist, developing specific expertise in the Permanent Scatterer technique with a focus on higher-order scatterer models and Artificial Corner Reflectors (CRInSAR).
He was Project Team Leader for TRE in several co-funded projects for the FP7 and H2020 programs (EU), the European Space Agency (ESA), the Italian Space Agency (ASI), and the World Bank.
In 2018, he was appointed Corporate Solutions Advisor for the whole TRE ALTAMIRA group in the field of R&D and Industrial Development projects funded/co-funded by Public Institutions.
