Lucien de Busscher is a senior partner with EY Consulting in Belgium. He as worked for EY since 2004 and is the EY Consulting Life Sciences Lead for the region. In his day job, Lucien is heavily involved in the transformation of the Life Sciences ecosystem, including introduction of novel therapies (e.g. Cell & Gene Therapies), digitalisation of care and continuous transformation of the regulatory framework.
Lucien graduated magna cum laude as Commercial Engineer at St. Aloysius Brussels, he holds an MBA from the Vlerick Management School and a Master of Law from the University of Ghent. Lucien is also a Harvard Business School Graduate specialising in Emerging Markets.
Throughout his career, Lucien had the opportunity to work across geographies and cultures. He has lived in India, worked in the Middle East and in the US and is currently delivering multiple projects at European and global scale.
