Axel Kerep is an archaeologist turned tech innovator, holding a Master’s in Early Medieval Archaeology from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. In 2018, he created Arte-Fact, an AI system helping law enforcement and museums fight illicit trafficking. He is involved in projects concerning EO and archaeological site protection, such as ANCHISE. He’s a speaker and panel moderator at major international conferences (EU Commission, UNESCO, QNL) and serves as an expert for the EU Commission at CERIS.
